A Canadian Student Visa (DL1 Visa) is issued to foreign nationals who wish to study at a Designated Learning Institution (DLI) in Canada. A student visa does not include social benefits or health insurance from the Canadian Government but is an important step in helping you apply for Canadian citizenship later.

This type of Visa allows the applicant to stay in Canada until the end of the study program and can work during or after graduation. If the Visa requirements are not met, the applicant will be forced to stop studying and leave Canada as soon as the Visa expires.

Currently, there are 2 main types of Canadian study visas:

• Short-term Canadian study visa

A short-term Canadian study visa is a type of visa that allows international students to come to this country to participate in short courses such as summer camps, exchange programs, skills courses, etc., with a maximum duration of 6 months.

• Long-term Canadian study visa

Long-term Canadian study visa allows international students to study full-time in Canada at high schools, colleges, universities, etc. Applicants with an approved Study Permit will be immediately granted this type of visa without having to pay any other fees.

The Canada Super Visa is a visa for the parents and grandparents of Canadian citizens or permanent residents. This visa allows the applicant to stay in Canada for up to 2 years without extension and can enter multiple times within 10 years.

The first entry with the Super Visa, you can stay for up to 5 years. The second entry allows a maximum stay of 2 years, and subsequent entries are 6 months each time.

During your stay, you are not allowed to work, participate in study programs, or enjoy public benefits such as health care insurance.

The cost of applying for a Canada Super Visa includes:

Visa fee: 100 CAD/person (~1,800,000 VND), 500 CAD (~9,000,000 VND) for groups of 5 or more people.

Canadian Experience Class Visa (CEC)
Canadian Experience Class Visa (CEC) is one of three Canadian skilled worker immigration programs managed by the federal Express Entry system. Specifically, the CEC is designed for permanent residents who have work experience in Canada through a temporary work permit. Since temporary foreign workers may already be settled in Canada with a support network, they can easily transition to permanent residence and eventually Canadian citizenship. The CEC provides them with a pathway to achieve this goal.

This is one of the Canadian Visa categories for foreign workers who are in Canada on a Temporary Worker Visa or a Student Visa. The CEC assessment criteria include:

Work Experience: At least 1 year of full-time work experience or equivalent in Canada within the 3 years before applying, at NOC level 0, A or B.

Language Proficiency: Meet the requirements for Minimum English or French proficiency with IELTS or TEF language certificate.
Commitment: CEC candidates must demonstrate that they can integrate into the Canadian labour market and intend to live outside the province of Quebec.
If candidates have sufficient Canadian work experience, they can participate in the Canadian Experience Class (CEC). They can also participate in both the Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSTP) and the Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP).

Skilled Worker immigration is for skilled workers who want to settle permanently in Canada. To be eligible, workers need to meet the required years of work experience, be fluent in English or French, and have a Work Permit.

Currently popular skilled worker immigration programs include:

• Provincial Nominee Program (PNP)
• Quebec-selected Skilled Worker Program (QSW)

This program is for people with high skills and work experience in priority occupations in Canada. FSWP assessment criteria include:

Age: 18-49 years old
Work experience: At least 1 year of continuous full-time work or equivalent within the past 10 years in an occupation listed in the National Occupational Classification (NOC) level 0, A, or B.
Education: Qualifications must be equivalent to Canadian educational standards, as assessed by an educational assessment agency such as WES, IQAS, or CES.
Language proficiency: Minimum IELTS score of 4.0 (equivalent to CLB 4)
CRS score: Minimum score of 67/100. The Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) will calculate points based on age, work experience, education, and other factors. The minimum score to be considered often changes with Express Entry draws.
Job offer: have a job offer from a Canadian employer in skill level 0, A, B (NOC 0, A, B), this is an advantage with some PNP provincial skilled worker programs.
Duration: all types of Canadian Visas in the Express Entry group usually last 1 - 2 years. The actual number depends on the duration of the applicant's employment contract with the organization in Canada.
Visa fee: 1,365 CAD/person (~24,900,000 VND) (For the main applicant and spouse or common-law partner). And 230 CAD/person (~4,190,000) (For children)

Canada Business Immigration Program is for investors and entrepreneurs with financial potential and management capacity who want to immigrate to Canada through investing in the country's economy. To participate in the program, investors need to meet financial requirements and have experience in business management.

To participate in the Canada Investment Immigration Program, investors need to satisfy the following conditions:

Age: not exceeding 65 years old
Finance: need to invest a minimum of $1,000,000 CAD and have personal assets of at least $1,600,000 CAD and prove the legal origin of the investment amount.
Must make a non-refundable investment of $220,000 CAD to the Canadian government or invest $800,000 CAD without interest through an authorized financial institution, which will be returned after 5 years.
Have an innovative business idea (for the Canadian start-up program)
Skills and experience: 2-5 years of experience in business management or business ownership.
Language: English or French at a basic communication level
Visa fee: 1,810 CAD (~33,000,000 VND)
Permanent residence fee: 575 CAD. (~10,500,000 VND)
The accompanying spouse must pay a processing fee: 950 CAD (17,300,000 VND) (If applicable)
Permanent residence fee for the spouse: 575 CAD, dependent children pay an additional 260 CAD/person. (If applicable)
Other requirements depend on the specific conditions of the provincial business category.

The Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) is one of the main immigration programs of the Canadian Government, creating opportunities for those who wish to become permanent residents of this country. Through the PNP, Canadian provinces and territories nominate individuals who wish to immigrate and settle permanently in their area.

The PNP helps attract more skilled, experienced foreign workers who can contribute to economic development and meet labor shortages in the area. As a permanent resident, you must stay in the designated area for at least 2 years.

If you move to another Canadian province after receiving permanent residence through the PNP program but have not stayed for 2 years, you may have problems when applying for citizenship.

The minimum PNP Visa fee is CAD 1,325, including:
